Meeting Velocity had a business vision of offering to organizers of meetings, events, and conventions an automated way to solicit proposals from hotels and resorts (speakers, transportation, etc.) around the country.  As a start-up company, Meeting Velocity did not have the in-house expertise to design an application to meet the requirements of this vision.  As a digital strategy provider, Blue Ink supplied Meeting Velocity with a technology-based solution for their business need.  Commencing with an advanced RFP creation and delivery technology designed and developed by Blue Ink, the resolution is a dynamic data-driven website that runs flawlessly.  In addition, by using automated fax and email notification for the suppliers, the Meeting Velocity solution demonstrates how Blue Ink employs current technology.  The MeetingVelocity.com website is the only website in the meeting/event/convention industry that allows users to specify supplier criteria, review a list of suppliers qualified to meet chosen requirements, and then instantly submit the RFP's to the suppliers they choose.  Each supplier in the system responds to RFP's transmissions within 24 hours.
