Case Tracking System 2.0 - helping victims of child abuse

Children’s Advocacy Centers™ of Texas, Inc. (CACTX), is a statewide association that promotes the efforts of the local CACs by coordinating and providing training, technical assistance, resources, and funding.  Blue Ink had already developed and deployed a custom application for the Children's Assessment Center of Houston when starting the project for CAC TX.  Blue Ink re-designed, developed and deployed a new web based multi-center / multi state Case Tracking System for CAC TX that currently supports more than fifty CAC locations across the state.  The application consists of a number of inter-related modules, which are available to users based on their individual user profile.  The only software that needs to be installed on your user’s workstation is simply a Web Browser.  Information retrieval is a vital component of any CAC center.  The CTS application provides a number of reports as well as the ability to design custom reports to support many related agencies such as; CASA, CPS, etc.  All of the CTS reports are displayed as PDF files to provide an industry standard file format as well as facilitating a custom “look and feel” for each report.
